Music and Dance in Afragola, Naples

We continued offering classes of Neapolitan traditional music and dance to the poor children in Afragola in Naples at the Hearts Home Parish (after school program). This program was organized by the priests and volunteers of Hearts Home. The class attendance was between 15 and 22 children each week during the school year.

At the end of the school year in May the children gave a performance for the people of Afragola with traditional costumes in the Parish.

Another important work that Sue and Amoris support is visiting the homes and families of the poor children that attend the after school music classes, some of whom have very difficult family environment.
